In the wrap up of a recent tournament, I included the following to umpires who were there.
Suggestions:
Always assume the runner will keep going at each base.
Announce count to all, loud enough, with words, and after each play or other delay.
Signals should be while still facing the call or plate, standing still, both feet on the ground.
