For me it would still be a replay, though in the match I referenced above, the call ended up being out off the attacker. It is possible (likely even) that the R2 saw something else on the CRS monitor.

I'm finding what often looks like a joust to the naked eye is often actually definitively out off one team when reviewing on replay.
