Those who know me, know that I really do not want to say this, but: The Game Officials screwed the pooch on this play.
Wx (I do not remember W's number.) dribbled down the left side of the FT Lane. B33 had a LGP and jumped straight up as Wx ended his Dribble and his momentum caused him to first, commit a Traveling Violation and then stop under B33 such that B33 landed on Wx. Wx contact with B33 was his Right Shoulder against B33's groin and it caused B33 double over while Airborne and his elbows hit Wx in Wx head causing him to fall to the Floor and hold his head.
Virginia asked for a Video Review: Was the Contact a FF-1 or FF-2 by B33 against Wx?
The Game Officials have only three choices: FF-1, FF-2, or no Foul at all. I would expect my first year officiating students to see that B33 had LGP and that the contact was initiated by Wx. I cannot imagine that these Officials could not see that there was no way in HELL that Wx did anything illegal!
It was a terrible look!

Even if the officials believed that B33 deliberately contacted Wx in a manner warranting an F1 or F2 when coming down on top of him, this would have to be a technical foul because the ball was already dead due to the traveling call.
