Assuming that B had already been warned... why wouldn't you have an immediate whistle in the case with warnings already issued and B1 flopped while A1 is trying to drive past him? This is no longer a warning situation where you let play progress. Any member of A shoots, gets the ball at half-court. Or what am I missing?
