If I recall correctly, if Team B had already been warned (which didn't happen in JRutledge's post) and instead if Team B had been charged with a technical foul, this would be of the few times where fouls are not penalized in the order in which they occur.
A1 shoots two free throws with lane lines cleared of rebounders, followed by two free throws by anyone (even a substitute) on Team A, followed by a throwin by Team A at the division line opposite the table.
Is that the correct interpretation?
