4-49-1 Faking being fouled occurs when a player simulates being fouled or makes theatrical or exaggerated movements when there is no illegal contact. (the rest of the rule is instructional, but I don't have time to type it all out)
Illegal contact plus embellishment = foul.

A1 drives to the basket. B1, who is the primary defender, "flops" and falls to the floor as A1 drives by them on the perimeter. The Trail official rules and signals a "faking being fouled" infraction. When A1 continues and gets to the lane to shoot, B2 tries to block A1's shot and fouls A1 in the act of shooting. B1's flop in the first of the game for Team B.
Ruling: B1 is ruled for a faking being fouled warning for the first infraction, and B2 fouls result in A1 shooting 2 free throws.
