Cannot call both (in your play. I'm sure someone can come up with some sequence that has both in it).
4-49-1 Faking being fouled occurs when a player simulates being fouled or makes theatrical or exaggerated movements when there is no illegal contact. (the rest of the rule is instructional, but I don't have time to type it all out)
Illegal contact plus embellishment = foul.
