I do not think you will find anything specific, other than when a violation takes place, we tend to blow our whistle. If you know of a violation that we would not blow the whistle, I would like to know. But sounds simple if I cause a violation like this I would not blow my whistle the moment the ball hits the out-of-bounds line or area, I would not have a whistle as we normally do.
