I contacted USAV to see if there was any news. This is the reply I received.

At this time there is no planned tv coverage of any indoor competitions before the Olympics. We are hopeful that this will change and a network (ESPN, FOX, or the new College Sports Network) will consider picking up the feed for the Men’s and Women’s World Cup in November and/or Olympic Qualification tournaments in December (women) and/or January (men).
