I was not asking about when a timeout should be granted, but how many do they have if not used? I was under the impression if a team could not stack timeouts in overtime, they did not use. Not the timeouts that they were allowed to have in regulation. I know those carry over. Simply asking about the overtime or extra period full timeouts.
