I posed this question to the forum because there are two questions on this topic on the Part B exam on the ArbiterSports testing platform.

I believe that Arbiter now creates these test questions and their answers instead of getting the tests from the NFHS and simply republishing them. If that is correct, since these test questions and answers aren’t coming from the NFHS like they used to and are merely what someone working for ArbiterSports thinks, they don’t carry the same weight for me as a ruling or answer published by the NFHS staff.
