DP/FLEX - NFHS wording
Do you have a copy of the official NFHS wording for the DP/FLEX rule?
I would extract from the book if it was online, but I do not have the phone app.
I'm looking for a verbatim copy of the rule in a format I can send to a local youth league with no rule book.
I have the USA Softball version downloaded, but slight differences, like EP.
