To me, KEFerrell's back A2 is the same as the A2 guy in the SITUATION. Didn't A2 shift in both scenarios?
KEFerrell's A3 is the same as the A1 guy in the SITUATION (i.e. in motion at the snap).
How is KEFerrell's situation NOT an illegal shift?
