While NFHS R3-S1-A1 (has been in the Rules since the beginning of Time, lol, including the NBC and NCAA Men's Rules) is the governing Rule for CB Play 8.2B, it is my opinion that NFHS CB Play 3.1.1 (which has been in the Case Book for decades) pertains to the NOTE in R3-S1-A1 and is not a supporting Case Book Play for CB Play 8.2B.
