JRutledge wroteI am under the impression that IAABO does what the NF does when it comes to mechanics and signals.
Similar, but not exactly the same.
IAABO came up with its own mechanics manual and signals back in 2004-05.
Two years ago IAABO came up with its own Rules "Guide" (not Rules "Book") and "Play" Book (not "Case" Book).
However, the IAABO "Handbook" does contain the caveat, "Officials are encouraged to use this book in conjunction with the current editions of the NFHS Rules Book and Case Book".
