From many sources, some obviously more reliable than others, here's what I've researched and come up with:

Arizona, Arkansas, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Idaho, Indiana, Illinois (26-27), Iowa, Kansas, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, and Wisconsin.

I probably have about eight too many states on my list.

Maybe a few of those eight states only use shot clocks for special tournaments?

What states should be deleted from my list?
