Whistle. Signal "Out of Bounds" as soon as the ball rolls along the suspended cage and passes the vertical plane of the volleyball net. Point, serve to Team A.

Or, the ball's momentum causes it to roll across the plane of the net and then the ball rolls back and comes to rest above Team B's side of the court. Ruling?

Same reply as above. Whistle. Signal "Out of Bounds" as soon as the ball rolls along the suspended cage and passes the vertical plane of the volleyball net. Point, serve to Team A.
All of this. The last question is moot, as once it contacts an overhead obstruction above Team A's court, the play is dead, and nothing else afterward matters.
