Throw-in(s)

I have either been officiating in the game or sitting in the stands for these Out of Bounds Throw-ins. It's amazing the ruling that were invoked.
1) A1 is completely on the out of bounds side of the boundary line. B1 reaches across the boundary line and contacts the ball.
2) A1 is completely on the out of bounds side of the boundary line. B1 reaches across the boundary line and contacts/fouls A1
3) A1 reaches the ball completely pass the in bounds side of the boundary line. B1 contacts the ball.
4) A1 reaches the ball completely pass the in bounds side of the boundary line. B1 contacts/fouls A1.
5) A1 is completely on the out of bounds of the boundary line. Feels pressure and backs up 3-4 feet. A1 releases the throw-in towards the court. B1 reaches/steps across the boundary line and contacts the ball.

Whatcha Got?
