IAABO Play Commentary Correct Answer: This is a legal play.

After attempting to dribble toward the basket, the ball handler did not get control until he began the try for goal. Once he established control of the ball, his right foot was in contact with the floor. He immediately jumped and released the ball on the try, which is a legal move.
