Hard tag/push

We’ve been through this before somewhere but I can’t find a past thread. USSSA rules but all rule sets welcome. I’m in C. Runner stealing third on a passed ball comes in standing up. Throw from catcher gets to F5. F5 spins, reaches and tags/pushes runner off base a couple of inches. Runner is able to get back on bag before a second tag takes place. Runner complains about the push, defensive coach complains about something, and I say we’re moving on. Then we do.

Not that it’s really relevant but this was C ball, and describing it that way is a bit of a stretch.

I’m always looking for a specific rule to back me up in this situation but I don’t think one exists. USSSA 14-12-M is the so called”God rule”, and so is Fed 10-2-3-g. When might the over aggressive push tag move into the territory of unsportsmanlike like behavior? If in my scenario, the runner was pushed off by an overly aggressive push, and then tagged out, what verbiage should be used? What do you think?
