Well not to be funny, but are people paying attention to the Women's side the same way? This signal took place several times in the NCAA tournament with a lot more eyes and commentators who we know commented on their confusion. So it might not be an issue on the Women's side if not as many people notice the confusion. And it was not in the Final Four either, like first weekend games early. And not everyone has the same style so some guys look very nonchalant in their signaling. I am not saying that it should have changed, but it was confusing at times.
