Do the new people also come to the "experienced" refs meeting? It seems to me (not having done it) that they would gain from both. The first meeting could cover the basics, the second meeting what all involved need to have covered.
I wish we did league coaches meetings like this. Every season, same leagues, same rules, same stupid questions (then again, it's the same guy asking for the twentieth time in case the answer changed). But attendance is mandatory, so like a good soldier I go. HATE IT.
