Why do the new people have to meet early? What does your association accomplish by having different reporting times?

The new people get a bigger packet with more stuff in it, since a lot of them need more info. They go over a lot of it in that frist meeting, and talk about how the association is run, and what folks can expect. Then they divide up into their various classes, and their teachers talk to them about what they will cover, attendance rules, and various business matters. It's usually just the very most basic stuff that the "oldsters" don't need.
