Now that’s a bombshell.

Philosophically, I agree with you regarding post-regular season conference tournaments no matter what the sport. That said, I enjoyed watching Junior umpire in the SUNY Athl. Conf. (NCAA Div. III) Softball Tournament (he was the PU in the Championhip Game). The tournaments mean more money in his pocket, LOL!
