The most nonsensical NCAA rule change for this year.
The rule was created in reaction to an NCI in an SEC game last year. Yet if this rule was in place last year it still wouldn’t have allowed that crew to get the call correct.
Makes zero sense why they can only review it if there’s a call on the floor.
