If the home team is having a special Cancer Awareness night, and wants to wear special Cancer Awareness pink undershirts under their home white jerseys, and if both coaches agree, and if the visitors aren't wearing any pink, I could see myself overlooking the undershirt rule for that one night, but I would make my assigner aware of such after I got home that evening.
On the other hand, if the home team wants to wear white undershirts under their special Cancer Awareness (state approved) pink jerseys, I would probably have a problem with that.
