Agree.

Administrative technical fouls can be confusing for some.

I attended a refresher exam meeting a few weeks ago and we were told that a team could not be charged with more than one administrative technical foul.

While this may be true in practice (how many of us have actually charged an administrative technical foul for "failing to supply the scorer with the name and number of each team member who may participate and designate the five starting players at least ten minutes before the scheduled starting time", and yet if one officiates long enough one will eventually have to deal with an actual scorebook problem in a game), it's not true "by rule" on a written exam.
