Some bright spark please come up with an app (both android and apple) that can stand a libero and non-libero next to each other on the court (so actual game conditions) scan the image, convert the two jerseys into RGB values and compare them to a published database that says whether they are contrasting or not. App says not contrasting? then go find a new jersey coach and stop arguing.
Alternatively make only legal libero colors chartreuse or hot pink. Make those same 2 colors illegal for non libero uniforms.
