The optics are not good when you have different shirts being worn by members of the crew at the same game. That's the whole point--NCAA M is trying to differentiate itself. NCAAW officials typically don't wear side panel shirts...if they do, the crew must match, per the CCA manual.
High school officials shouldn't be buying the new shirt, period.
