Yeah, I really wanted to defend the poor guy and determine that he walled up, but after I watched a few times what caught my attention was how, in attempting to block the shot, he had to reach not only up, but also
out. The effect of reaching out drew the rest of his upper body along, effectively from A to B. It was slight, but it was there.
In a HS game I'd like to think I'd no call this. Pretty good and athletic defensive play, and an even better overcoming of it by the shooter.
