First play is clear travel. Notice who was L that did not call it.
Second play is clear travel. Notice who is C that called it. Indeed, L usually has waist up and T has feet in post play. L could have called it. T should have called it. C (who was L in first play) called it....perhaps b/c the other play with the obvious travel was not called.
