Clearly warrants 2 (DOG), so that’s probably what I’d go with unless this just wreaked of unsportsmanlike. From the OP, it sounds mostly like personal frustration handled poorly.
And of course there’s the knowledge that any subsequent DOG is a Team T, which acts as an effective deterrent to this happening again.
EDIT: Hadn’t had my coffee yet, just realized this was the non-scoring team, which is the unusual part. Hmm. Yeah I guess I might just give a small grace period and then start a five count.
