Slow mo definitely shows the travel.

Things it makes me think about:

1) In real time i actually didn't see it clearly from the side angle. Once I saw him coming and what the ball was doing in his hands and what his feet were doing from underneath on slo mo it was clearly a travel. At the speed he is playing at if he pass that ball from one hand to another before grabbing with 2 it may be enough at pace from odd angles to not catch when the dribble actually ends.

2) It wasn't the worst footwork by far on the video. There is a lot of pro style running through catches into attacks (which ironically enough is not a travel at pro levels or in fiba anymore) but at this level should be. However as we get in our heads an idea of what high level basketball looks like I wonder how often officials officiating the defense and not o's feet go that's just an athletic basketball play or on a more cynical level are being told we want more of these plays in our game so let it go.
