For He's A Jolly Good Fellow ...

5,10,15, 20, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, etc., years: Awarded years of service pins purchased from International IAABO, presented at our local annual year end banquet. No speeches, just group photos. Not a big deal, some that don't attend banquet get their pins at the first business meeting the next season.

A lot of guys wear their service pins on their warmup jackets.

Twenty-five years: Plaque, and speech by the awardee at our local annual year end banquet. It's a big deal.

Fifty years: In addition to above, International IAABO presents an award (plaque and watch) at one of the twice a year conventions. Also a big deal. Especially if one likes to booze it up and play lots of golf.

Now where are my years of service pins? Probably with my missing house keys?
