Maybe this will stop the officials who ask, during the pregame head coach/captains/officials meeting, who the "speaking" captain is, what is his number (some players will pull up their warmup tops to show their number), and if said "speaking" captain is starting the game.
Now if we can just get rid of, "It's the blue line all the way around".
