FIBA vs College rules differences summary/list
Given new rules in FIBA came into affect in Oct 2018 I was wondering if there was a current "differences between FIBA and NBA/college" document anywhere that is current.
I only officiate in FIBA but have had requests from College refs (12 yrs experience) offering to help out. Given the shortage of refs here that is very interesting . Would love to help fast track someone who is looking to help out here.
