No, it does not. A fumble is the force if the ball goes in the EZ. Now you could have a new force, but it would not be because someone simply touched the football. If by rule another force was put on the football or the ball was at rest to where the fumble is not the reason the ball went into the EZ, you would need more than just a touch or muff of the football. That would be a stretch in that small space, where you are inside the 5-yard line.
