I coordinate an intramural flag football league, and I was reviewing the rules on diving by a runner. I could have sworn that in recent years the runner was not allowed to leave his feet, but this year I can only find the rule prohibiting hurdling another player.

I thought that runners were not allowed to dive for yardage to prevent injury.
