Massachusetts H.S. Baseball Umpires.
I know that Massachusetts is the only State that does use NFHS Baseball Rules and uses OBR/MLB instead. That said, are Catcher's allowed to use the two-piece mask and skull cap instead of the one-piece HSM required by NFHS?
