Here is a link to an article about the Prep League shot clock on the Richmond Times-Dispatch website, which appears on the
Prep League Sports – Virginia Preparatory League website. It's buried in the 5th paragraph of this article. This is private school basketball, so if you work mostly public school ball, you may not have heard about it. I was also surprised to see this on the internet, because I just randomly Googled "VHSL shot clock" to see if there was interest in Virginia for adopting a shot clock.
