1) How Many meetings do you hold with your members?
6 pre-season before test. 4 additional once a month during season.
2) How is each meeting structured? You have a group meeting and then break out into smaller classes? What % of meeting time is done in group meeting vs Break out?
All are in a large group.
3) Is watching videos part of each meeting?
Video is shown at every meeting. Focused on 1-3 specific topics
4) How much time is dedicated to on court training?
Off-season 4-6 nights is dedicated to on court training. None during the season
