Depends on the year and the leadership. No set standard. Some used to do one session for newer officials and another might have done one for veterans. But again year to year this changes.

3) Is watching videos part of each meeting?

We try to do this more, but not for every topic.

4) How much time is dedicated to on court training?

Almost none during the pre-season meetings. There are enough camps during the summer that cover that kind of training.
