In the 1st play it depends on where the hold took place. If in advance of the 10 then enforce from 10. If behind the 10, then from spot of foul.
In the 2d, as has been pointed out, it is a "basic spot" foul. Enforce from end of run unless foul is behind end of run. In that case enforce from spot of foul.
