And that...the fact that it would go to the defense if reviewed is the reason to just call the foul. In fact, it would be a shooting foul. Given that, even if it were not a review, why would it not be a foul any time? Getting the ball OOB is not a just result for being fouled while shooting. It might be for a non-shooting foul, but this contact took away what was otherwise a fairly easy shot.

As for the first play, yes, the official was fooled. That was not a PC foul.
