Kids game today. Game getting a little testy, but it is March madness playoffs. Immediately after made basket by white, a green player pushes a white player out of the way, but in doing so, he gets his fingers into the white players throat and actually snaps the the kids neck back a little. Normally I would let it go, but a push to the throat, had to call something.
This would be intentional foul, wouldn't it? Because the ball was actually dead at the time of the foul.
