2012-2013 rulebook 9-9-1 on pg 58 says A player shall not be the first to touch the ball after it has been in player and team control in the frontcourt, if he/she or a teammate last touched or was touched by the ball in the frontcourt before it went to the backcourt.
I think I remember wondering about the contradiction of this and the casebook in the past. Prob around 2012-2013
