I don't see how that couldn't be called a foul (referring to the final play when #25 goes up for the shot). The defenders' left arm is in direct contact with the shooters left elbow......he also hits him in the head with is left arm. To say there is no contact on that shooter except his hands on the ball? I don't see it that way at all.
