I get a lot of abuse from the rest of the unit for having the best stocked bag in the area. It has most of the things already mentioned with a few additions:
Black felt tip marker (it and a piece of tape can make a very quick patch for pants or socks)
Gum (I don't need it but one of my partners does and without it he can't officiate for sh-- so I always have extra)
Change (for those cheap schools that won't give you water or soda but have machines in the locker room)
Ace bandage
Rolaids
At least a dozen good comebacks for each coach
