Hmmm, not true Dave. The second block must be at the KNEE or lower, not at the thigh.



This block is legal. IMHO, the low block is actually first. At the very worst, it's simultaneous, either of which are legal.
I agree that the rule says "At the knee . . ."

But at our rules meeting, every picture where they showed a chop block, the block was always at the thighs and never below the knees. Go figure! Are they borrowing pictures from the NCAA meetings?
