Vertical backboard
Was in an older gym last night, NFHS rules. The basketball backboards where elevated so that the top of the backboard was nearly touching the ceiling trusses with the backboard vertical. Looking at 2.3.1.C I don't see clear guidance on whether to consider these vertical backboards well above the normal 10ft basketball height but probably not above 23ft. Does case play imply it is referee's discretion for how to handle these backboards?
